Pairfully Terms of Use
Effective date: April 1, 2026
These terms govern access to Pairfully and explain the responsibilities that apply when you create an account, verify your identity, pay for matchmaking, and use date-planning features.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Pairfully.
- You must provide accurate account and profile information.
- You may not create multiple accounts to bypass verification, enforcement, or payment rules.
2. Verification and account integrity
- Pairfully may require identity verification before unlocking matchmaking.
- Verified identity details may be locked after verification begins or completes.
- Using false information, borrowed identity details, or duplicate identity documents may result in account restriction or closure.
3. Payments and refunds
- Match payments unlock access to a Pairfully matchmaking attempt, not a guaranteed outcome with a specific person.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
- Gateway fees, verification costs, and already-consumed third-party service costs may be non-refundable.
4. Match conduct
- You agree to engage respectfully with matches, support staff, and venues.
- You may not misuse cancellation, rescheduling, contact release, or date-planning features to harass, spam, or manipulate other users.
- Pairfully may limit, suspend, or close access where safety or product misuse concerns exist.
5. Account suspension, deactivation, and deletion
Pairfully may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create safety risk, or attempt fraud. Users may also request deactivation or deletion, but these actions can be blocked while an active match request or match flow is still in progress.
